Abstract: Analysis of financial performance refers to the techniques used by investigators to analyse and appraise a company's financial operations. The study has been conducted for 5 years from 2019 to 2023 in L&T limited. The aim of the study of financial performance is to carefully assess and analyze an organization efficiency and financial well-being by compare the financial performance and to analyze the financial changes over the period of 5 year and to study the liquidity and profitability position. Tools used in the analysis Ratio Analysis and Dupont Analysis. Findings reveal a consistent growth trajectory with improvements in liquidity, reduced debt dependency, and satisfactory profitability. The company has shown efficient management of short-term obligations, a shift towards balanced financing, and stable asset utilization. Suggestions include enhancing current ratio and sustaining profitability. Overall, has demonstrated positive financial health over the five-year period, marked by steady growth and prudent financial management.
