This research examines the complex structure of education as a fundamental right for children. It analyzes the legal framework established to enforce laws, policies, and regulations that support this right, as well as national and international legal instruments that recognize education as a fundamental human right. The study also explores the challenges that hinder this process, including gender inequalities, lack of infrastructure, financial instability, discrimination, poverty, and insufficient funding. Additionally, the paper identifies opportunities to enhance and improve the quality of education, such as policy reforms and initiatives aimed at promoting inclusive education. The objective of this paper is to emphasize that all children, regardless of their backgrounds, should fully realize their right to access quality education. The research underscores the importance of education for children, contributing to a more equitable society, while also identifying gaps in legal implementation, including mismanagement of resources. It emphasizes the need for practical strategies to improve child education.
