The complexity of software development continues to increase with the demand for rapid, scalable, and error-free delivery. This paper presents DevDesk, an AI-powered virtual development POD that simulates a full-stack IT project team through autonomous agents. DevDesk automates key stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, and testing. Each stage is managed by a dedicated intelligent agent—Business Analyst, Design Agent, Developer Agent, and Testing Agent—coordinated under the supervision of a Project Lead. The platform also integrates a conversational bot to ensure real-time project monitoring. DevDesk serves as a foundational framework for future autonomous software development environments.
