Digitization has become part of the routine in the healthcare sector and it depends more and more on digital tools and digitalization in order to make the accessibility and pleasure of healthcare services offered to patients and to professionals better in general. 'HealthCare Connect' is such an invention that is a 'web based' platform developed using MERN stack (express.js, React, Node.js, and MongDB). The aim is to increase the number of recent and spontaneous referrals placed and to provide patients and medical experts with a smoother communication. This article presents a description of “HealthCare Connect” architecture and functionality. It is meant for handling common issues with their appointment management, like lengthy waiting times, unclear scheduling, and bad communication.
