cultivate community involvement. Furthermore, social media serves as a channel for
highlighting library resources, events, and services, thereby amplifying visibility and
significance in the digital era. Nevertheless, this study acknowledges challenges such as the
overwhelming volume of information, privacy considerations, and the necessity for adept
strategies to navigate the ever-evolving social media landscape. By shedding light on the
transformative role of social media in library services, this research provides valuable
insights into the opportunities and hurdles that librarians confront as they adjust to and
leverage the capabilities of these digital platforms.
