The study highlights the challenges faced by law enforcement and judicial systems in adapting traditional legal doctrines to cyberspace. Furthermore, it examines international efforts and comparative legal approaches to combat cyberbullying, recommending the need for cohesive, updated legislation that aligns with technological advancements while safeguarding civil liberties.
