The researches have already been started by WHO to find out the anxiety level among people worldwide because of the novel corona virus. As of now CAS (COVID- 19 Anxiety Scale) has been proved reliable to find out the level of anxiety among people particularly during this pandemic outbreak. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted mental health globally, with anxiety levels rising as a major concern. This study investigates the rise in anxiety among individuals aged 20-21 during the pandemic. The objective of the present research is to measure the level of anxiety on the subjects of the age group 20-21 and the impact on their mental health due to the outbreak of noble corona virus by using COVID-19 Anxiety Scale [CAS]. The distribution of the questionnaires was done through e-mail due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. More research works should be conducted to find out the best reliable scale that can be used during this pandemic outbreak and more subjects should be taken to make it reliable on culture, place as well as tradition based. This pandemic period has become a great challenge to overcome from! And for this both physical and mental fitness are needed highly. These results underscore the urgent need for targeted mental health interventions and support systems to address the specific challenges faced by young adults during and post-pandemic.
