At its core is the concept of Tawheed, which emphasizes the oneness of Allah and the interconnectedness of all creation. Within this framework, humans are seen as stewards of the Earth, entrusted with the responsibility of caring for and preserving the natural environment. The paper explores various aspects of Islamic teachings related to nature, water, plants, animals, and ethical conduct, highlighting the reverence accorded to all living beings as manifestations of divine wisdom. Additionally, it discusses contemporary environmental challenges and suggests practical ways to integrate Islamic environmental ethics into addressing these issues, emphasizing moderation, balance, and responsible stewardship as guiding principles. Overall, the paper emphasizes the importance of incorporating Islamic values into environmental discourse and action for a more sustainable and harmonious relationship between humanity and nature.
