Institution buildings are very important for knowledge development it provide clear path of the student. The aim of this project is to plan and design by using AutoCAD 2010 as per National Building Code (NBC) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) norms and analyze by using STAAD pro v8i software as per IS 456-2000. The main objective is to know the various design aspects like planning, analysis and design. This project carries out a complete design and analysis of G+1 building elements which includes footing, columns, beams, slabs, staircase and lift design calculation. We use IS-875 (part1) for analyze the dead load, IS-875-part 2 for analyze the live load and IS-875-part 3 for analyze the wind load and also IS-1893-1 (2002) for analyze the seismic load. This emphasizing the importance of scientific study on Institutional Building need in Diglipur.
